By downloading or using DayDrop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DayDrop is a countdown timer application that lets you create, manage, and display countdown events on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Home Screen widgets.
DayDrop offers optional premium subscriptions:
Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
The Annual plan includes a 1-month free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device:
Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DayDrop
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the period expires.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
DayDrop provides a generous free tier including unlimited events, Small and Medium widgets, gradient and photo library backgrounds, day-of notifications, and up to 3 pinned events.
You retain ownership of all content you create in DayDrop (event names, notes, photos). Your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers except as described in our Privacy Policy.
DayDrop uses Pexels and Together AI for optional image features. Use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.
DayDrop, its design, code, and branding are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
DayDrop is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any missed events, incorrect countdowns, or notification failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of DayDrop.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
